What little angels. I'm so sorry to hear about your hardship, about their mum and the poor babies - I pray your one little ratty will pull through. Even though the poor baby in the front passed away, it will always be remembered in this photograph, and so will all the little brothers and sisters. It's an awful and difficult situation, but you obviously care about them and you're doing your very best. Not everyone would be so loving towards such tiny animals.

i dont know how the petshop could even think to sell a young pregnant rat!!! it jus aint right, and then you often get sickly ratlings... so sorry that the first 4 died...

The last one is getting bigger from day to day... I have much hope for it.

Those petshops are really... well.. i don't have the right word but i'm really moped about them. They mostly sell rats to Snake-owners as food. So they don't part male and female rats. When i bought the mother of those little babies i didn't know that they can get pregnant so early... But now i do... I'll never buy rats in the petshop again.
