Great eye! Just don't make shadows in the eye (the part that is white) cause it wont seem too "natural" I think =). Great shading and details on it ;)

Well... i think, shadows on the white part of the eye are as necessary as shadows are everywhere.... But it could be, that the shadows in this pic are too dark on the white part of the eye...

very nice eye!! smoother transitions from dark to light between the eyelid to the eybrow would make it look nicer (unless you meant for this to be just a sketch) =]
